Christmas and New Year's
Well we must confess not a single picture was taken of these events. We do have video of Christmas but that will stay locked up in the Carey archives. New Year's Eve was spent shuffling Leah and her friend around and waiting to see what Daniel's group was doing. We ended up with a houseful of teenagers from about ten thirty to twelve thirty before Bill carted them all off to a breakfast at another family's house in the ward. Alex was invited to an early New Year's Eve party and had a great time. Bill and I were the party poops and transportation. Maybe we will have pictures next year. Good bye 2008.
Thanksgiving with the Southard's
Jared and his family made a spur of the moment decision to spend Thanksgiving with us. We were thrilled to have them come and we enjoyed them immensely. It think we played Cranium at least twice every day. I was the player that was the designated extra and got shuffled around from team to team. Needless to say, I do not always excel at this game. But we had a blast watching those who are more talented.
Leah's New Dress
Leah babysits so much she is always able to go shopping at least once a month for new outfits. She purchased this in November and is modeling it for us.
